Start with prayers position, breathe deeply
Inhale, bend your knees, take your arms up to Chair Pose, stay here for few breaths
Exhale, Forward Bend
Inhale, Look up
Exhale, Step Back to Plank Pose
Inhale, Cobra
Exhale, Downward Dog
Inhale, right leg up
Exhale move forward
Repeat twice
Inhale, left leg up
Exhale move forward
Repeat twice
Back to Downward Dog
Move forward to Plank Pose, then Inhale Cobra
Exhale Downward Dog, take few deep breaths
Inhale, Plank Pose, take one breath
Exhale, Downward Dog, take one breath

Inhale, Step forward
